Sunday Worship Services

During the COVID 19 crisis, Living Faith Church will be offering 3 ways in which you can worship with us. Click here to find out more about the different ways to worship at Living Faith Church.

Worship is central to our life together at Living Faith Church. Our worship is liturgical which means that it has a standard shape and form that has been handed down in the church throughout the ages. In other words there is a basic pattern for worship. This pattern has four components:

Gathering: The Holy Spirit calls us together as the people of God.

Word: God speaks to us in scripture reading, and preaching.

Meal:  God feeds us with the presence of Jesus Christ.

Sending: God blesses us and sends us together in mission to the world.

Our praise musicians provide worshipful and uplifting music throughout the liturgy (the four parts of the worship service) that allows us to sing together to God who remains steadfastly faithful to us.

Worship is not so much about what we do but instead it is about what God is doing in our midst and our response to God’s action. Worship is an encounter with God who saves us through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is the place where we are reminded that we are beloved children of God. It is in worship that we come together and through the Holy Spirit we hear again that our gracious and merciful God, through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ forgives our sins, saves us from death and gives us new and eternal life which begins right now.

Come and worship with us and be renewed through the life giving promise that Christ alone gives to all.
